Cancellation Policy

A cancellation request should be made as early as possible.

Before processing

An order may be cancelled without charge if it has not been packed, dispatched or otherwise committed for fulfilment.

After processing

Once packing or dispatch has started, cancellation may not be possible, especially for perishable, customised or time-sensitive goods. Any approved refund follows the Return & Refund Policy.

Cancellation by the store

We may cancel an order because of unavailability, incorrect pricing, delivery limitations, suspected misuse or circumstances outside reasonable control. Where payment was received for a cancelled order, an appropriate refund will be arranged.
